How to get to Newtonmore
Newtonmore is approximately 1 hour south of Inverness Airport. We can be reached via car, train, bus, bicycle or by foot.
Car: Travel by road as referenced above then drive along Main Street until you see the Balavil Hotel and the Co-operative supermarket. Opposite is Golf Course Road. Larick House is the 2nd property on the left.
Train: Newtonmore Train Station is on the Mainline between Edinburgh/Glasgow and Inverness. www.thetrainline.com/stations/newtonmore, 25 min Walk or Pickup can be arranged from Newtonmore or Kingussie (3 miles away).
Bus: A number of services to/from Inverness stop in Newtonmore. North and South Stops short walk from Larick. www.bustimes.org/localities/newtonmore
Bicycle - We're on the National Cycle Network Route 7.
Walkers - Many tackle the Speyside or East Highland Way and choose to stay during their break.
